Terms of Use

RotaDrop lets you import products from 1688, see translated product data and estimated landed costs, and order products that we purchase, check and ship to your customers through our partners. By creating an account you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person or business per account.

The Free plan includes 3 product imports in total. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly in US dollars and renew automatically until you cancel. Taxes may apply.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Plan & billing. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your plan until then. Unused imports do not carry over to the next month.

Product titles, prices, stock, weights and supplier details come from 1688 and are translated automatically. They can be incomplete or change without notice. Shipping prices and landed costs shown in RotaDrop are estimates; final amounts depend on the actual purchase price, domestic shipping, parcel weight and size.

When you send an order, we buy the products from the supplier and charge the order to your supply balance or payment. Price differences after purchase (domestic shipping, price changes) are settled afterwards. Orders cannot be cancelled once the supplier has accepted the purchase.

Delivery times are estimates given by the carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs or events outside our control.

You are responsible for the products you sell and ship: that they are legal in the destination country, that they do not infringe trademarks or other rights, that the customs descriptions and values you give are correct, and for any duties not included in the chosen shipping method. We may refuse or cancel orders for prohibited, dangerous or counterfeit goods.

Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping, reselling of access, attempts to break security, or use for illegal purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

RotaDrop is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
